4.2 — General Bonus Rules

5.1 — General Betting Rules

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If odds or payouts are displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, ka777 reserves the right to correct the amount.
• If a game or bet is left incomplete due to loss of internet connection, it will be settled according to the system log.
• Specific rules for each game will be provided in detail within that game's interface.

5.2 — Sports Betting

The following conditions apply to betting on all sports events, including cricket, football, and badminton:

• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the original stake will be refunded.
• Bets will be settled after the official result is announced.
• In in-play betting, live odds are subject to change and are at ka777's discretion.
• If unusual betting patterns are detected on the same event, the bet may be suspended.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ka777. If any such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited:

• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

• Match fixing or participating in any form of manipulation.
• Creating or managing an account on behalf of a minor.
• Chargebacks or payment fraud.

To ensure financial security and prevent fraud, ka777 reserves the right to verify the identity of registered users. The following documents may be requested during this process:

• A copy of the National Identity Card (NID) or passport.

8.1 — Closure by ka777

ka777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms.
• Evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or provision of false information.
• Instructions from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

8.2 — Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. Before making the request, please ensure there are no pending bets or unresolved transactions on your account. If there is a verifiable balance, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw it before closure.
